Vitamins for energy~

Okay, I was supposed to post this updated energize-yourself-vitamin list about two months ago. Even though it takes me forever to get anything accomplished these days, I am finally posting. What's the point? My waist is melting away. Oh for a reason to sing "Joy to the world!" I am finally up to 50 mins on an elliptical every other day. That could have had an impact on the waistline melting. But I started taking the 3rd mid-morning L-carnitine about 3 weeks ago when I was only exercising 30-40 minutes every other day. Even when I was just exercising 20-30 minutes every other day and only taking 2 L-carnitines a day, I was losing 1-2 pounds a month. Of course, this means you can't eat carbs like cheap filler. Yes, carbs have fed the masses as long as culture has been around. Look at potatoes and grains and repeat this: I am not a poor laborer who must ingest you. I'm going to eat protein and vegetables (complex carbs excluding tubers). If you eat a cracker or two, YEAH! YOU DID IT! Down with potatoes.

Here's the dirt on vitamins:

breakfast (7-ish)
500 mg Vit C
500 mg L-carnitine [DO NOT BUY acetyl L-carnitine]
1 Vit B Complex
1 Cordyceps (Tibetan mushroom found easily at The Vitamin Shoppe)

around 9 AM
500 mg L-carnitine

lunch (noon-ish to 2 PM)
500 mg Vit C
500 mg L-carnitine
1 Vit B Complex
1 Cordyceps
1 multi-vitamin

If you miss your lunch pills, skip the B Complex & L-carnitine. These two are as potent as a gallon of coffee. You will be awake very very late. And I have to sleep or my fibromyalgia is worse. So, bottom's up! Good luck if you give this a shot. Hang in there and see if the pounds just melt away. ~Skhye
